William W. Wright (1890-1979/80) was a man of many talents.  By day, he was a physician in the employ of a Hartford insurance company; in his leisure hours, he pursued his passion for art. 

Wright's works depict radically different subjects.  Examples include a New Hampshire landscape, a Caribbean scene featuring a colorful voodoo ceremony, an urban landscape as viewed from a city window and a suburban tableau centered around a filling station in West Hartford, Conne (showing 500 of 963 characters).
