A painter, block printer and teacher at Emmerich High School in Indianapolis, Charles Yeager studied at the Herron Art School, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art; Columbia University; Ohio State University; and Butler University.
His teachers included William Forsyth, and among his exhibition venues were the American Watercolor Society, New York Water Color Society, Herron Art Institute, Indiana State Fiar, and Indiana Art Exchange.
