 In 1991 Fan Yiming graduated from the Beijing Central Academy Fine Arts in oil painting and became a professional painter. His paintings have been featured in National and International group shows or exhibitions, including London in 2004. He is one of the most well known painters in China focusing on the Tibetan life and culture. Fan Yimin was included in the group "Together We Go'" in October 2007 at the National Museum of Art in Beijing.
