Bernard Zola was my father. He was born in 1894 in Viverone, Italy (northen Italy). The house where he was born is still standing and is occupied by his niece (his brother's daughter). He was a member of the Italian resistance in the lst World War and then joined the U.S. occupation army in France (receiving citizenship following the War for his service).
He attended art school in New York C (showing 500 of 1858 characters). |
