Born in Venice, Italy, French painter Georges Zezzos maintained
connections with both France and Italy throughout his career. A
versatile artist, he did work that includes genre, still life,
landscapes, portraits and nudes.
He exhibited at the National Beaux Arts Academy, the Salons des
Independents, and the Tuileries as well as at exhibitions in Florence,
Milan, and Turin. His paintings are in the collections of the
Petit Palais and the Montevideo Museum.
