A collage artist and painter, she was born in Floral Park, New York on April 24, 1923.
Zimmerman studied at the Art Students League and the National Academy School of Fine Arts.
Her work was exhibited, among others, at: Art USA 1958; Silvermine Guild in Connecticut 1962; National
Academy of Design 1969, 1975-1978, 1980, 1982, 1984, 1986, 1988, 1990,
1991, 1993-1995, 1997 and 1999; solo shows at Westbeth Gallery in 1973
and 1974; St. Mary's College in Maryland 1990; American W (showing 500 of 1184 characters). |
