Born in New Jersey on Nov. 14, 1890. By 1934 Holt had moved to southern California. He was a resident of Redondo Beach and later moved nearby to Huntington Beach. For 15 years he worked as an architect for the Department of the Interior before his death in Los Angeles on June 15, 1965.
