Albert Angus Macdonald ARCA, OSA (1909 – 1986)
A Canadian painter, muralist and stained glass artist, Albert Angus Macdonald (aka: A.A. Macdonald) was born in Bristol, England to Canadian parents. He came to Canada with them when they returned 1911. He appears to have lived most of his life in or near Toronto, Ontario. He was an Associate of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts* and a member of the Ontario Society of Artists*. He also exhibited at the Art Association of Montreal*. His stained glass works are in numerous prominent buildings. (1)
