E. Everett Henry or Everett Henry (born Edward Everett Henry) was active/lived in New York. He is known for magazine and book illustration, pictorial cartography, advertising art, murals, and camouflage.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, E. Everett Henry grew up in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He initially studied art at the New York School of Fine and Applied Arts, which had been founded earlier by William Merritt Chase. Before the start of World War I, he was employed as a tutor for students in advertising art at the same school.

In 1917, when Henry enlisted in the US Army, he was assigned to the country’s first camouflage unit, in the course of which he served beside Barry Faulkner, Sherry Edmundson Fry, and William Twigg Smith, under the leadership of Homer Saint-Gaudens, son of the celebrated sculptor, Augustus Saint-Gaudens.
