My Grandmother passed down to me, two Pal Fried Ballerina paintings, both wearing a pink dress and in pose. I remember staring at them in her room. I love them and will keep them in my family. Beautiful because my Grandmother was a classy woman!

I have a Sea Captain staning on a dock ... It is wonderful and one of the things I treasure the most in my house ... I think it was painted late in his life and I bought from the son of Interior Decorator , Lucile Kerfoots that had Fried Pal come to Hartsville , SC for visits and to do paintings ... It is a wonderful work of art ...

BALLERINA & TOE SHOESChristine
I have a painting signed by Pal Fried of a large ballerina putting on her toe shoe. Does anyone know when or where this painting was done?
Hello, I have a painting of two ballerinas from Fried that was given to me years ago. The framer has a note which says subject: Swan. Is anyone familar with this?
Is the painting of four horses at full gallop titled "the runaway"?I'll appreciate any comments. The painting is signed.
Various originals of same paintingroger
I would welcome feed back on paintings by Fried Pal that appear to be the same painting but created more than once by the artist. From the listing of paintings sold, I have seen the same painting with maybe a different name that sold as an original. If this is true that the artist has painted numereous examples of the same painting, does it limit the value.
Thanks from a begginer, Roger
I have a 24x30 painting done in Paris in the 1950s-1960s of a beautiful woman wearing red named "Alice" standing near a cafe with French flags flying in the background. What prominent "Alice" could this have been?
Just purchased a lovely double sided nude studio portrait by this artist. It was probably done in the 1920's in Paris. I will be handing it on down to my grandchildren. Sharon
