I have a Painting that is signed in the right hand corner by Irvine. It has a tag that says Wilson Irvine, Parli Acres. I am wondering if anyone knows value of such a painting and where and what time frame it would have been painted.

Help identifying a work by "W Irvine"?Lynn
I have a night harborscape in oil with the signature of W Irvine 67 in the lower right hand corner. It was given to me in 1969 by my former father in law who purchased it at a NYC gallery. I recall him telling me this was "an up and coming artist." I am trying to find some information on this work. Anyone know the artist? The style bears some similarities to the work of WH Irvine (gendre, play on light).

I have a paintingJim Gamble
Wilson Irvine was a friend of my grandfather (Eugene Edward Gamble, Sr.). I believe that Wilson was in my grandparents wedding (late teens early 1920's) and gave them an original oil on canvas for a wedding gift. I don't know the name of the piece, but it is signed in the lower right corner.
